New Nuku menu is best ever!

We've just launched a sensational new menu at Nuku! The delectable selection includes mahogany smoked duck with celery, apple and craisin salad, and black pepper crusted yellow fin tuna with zucchini capsicum and onion ragu and salsa dragoncello. Chef Ong's scrumptious dessert selection now features coconut mango strip, coconut cake, passion coulis with mango sorbet or passion tart, paw paw basil salsa with berries sorbet. Business as usual' at FBR: media statement

The company owning the assets of the Fiji Beach Resort and Spa was placed into receivership on September 8, 2009. The five-star Denarau Resort is managed under contract by Hilton Hotels Corporation.

The receivership has occurred as a result of financial pressures of the owner and do not in any way reflect on the trading performance of the resort.

Receivers KordaMentha and Hilton Hotels Corporation advise that the hotel continues to enjoy seasonally high occupancy and the highly regarded product and service offering will continue unabated.

Receiver, Grant Graham, reiterated that it is 'business as usual'. 'The hotel is operated by one of the world's premium hotel management companies and accordingly guests, travel agents and suppliers can have confidence moving forward.'
